Artist: 12 Stones
Album: “Anthem for the Underdog”
Label: Wind-UP

In my opinion, this is their strongest album of the 3, but arguably the least spiritual, at least overtly. “Anthem for the Underdog” follows the same straight-forward rock as “Potter’s Field”, but a little more radio-friendly. It has more-or-less similar themes as before, angsty life struggles, pain and betrayal. Only this time, there seems to be a glimmer of hope mixed in.
There really isn’t a bad track on the CD, I enjoy the all. I really like “It Was You”, probably the most spiritual tune on the album. The song speaks of an awakening, both spiritually and personally. Other good ones would be the title track, “Anthem for the Underdog” and “Adrenaline”, both are a couple of harder songs on the CD.
The final word, fans should like it. Fans of groups like Nickelback, 3 Doors Down or Three Days Grace may like 12 Stones as well.
